No. By current FDA laws, all products are sold for research purposes only. They are not approved for use as drugs, food, cosmetics, or any form of therapeutic treatment. We do not provide medical advice, and our products must not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Our products are intended for laboratories, research institutions, qualified professionals, medical clinics, hospitals and experienced hobby researchers who understand how to safely handle research chemicals. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you will use the products in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

No. Any information provided on the website is for educational and informational purposes only and relates to pre-clinical research data. We do not make health, medical, or performance claims, and nothing on the site should be interpreted as advice on personal use.

Each batch is produced under strict quality controls and is tested for identity and purity (for example, by HPLC and/or mass spectrometry). Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) are available on request for every product.  Ensure you mention your batch number when requesting the CoA.

Purity levels vary by product but are usually ≥95% for most research peptides, unless otherwise specified on the individual product page.

In general, lyophilized (powder) peptides such as our Snap Pens should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Once reconstituted, peptides are typically stored refrigerated and used within a 30 days. For our Easy Pens, these are pre-mixed, ad must be stored refrigerated at all times.  A short time at room temperature (i.e. for shipping, travel etc.) is fine.  Always refer to the specific product information on our packaging for instructions.

No. We do not provide dosing, administration, or protocol advice. Our products are intended for research only, and it is the responsibility of the purchaser and their institution to design and conduct experiments in accordance with professional standards, internal guidelines, and applicable regulations.  There are however extensive studies available online with dosage protocols which may apply.

Simply browse our catalogue, select the products and quantities you need, and add them to your cart. When you are ready, proceed to checkout, complete your billing and shipping details, and confirm payment. You will receive an order confirmation by email.  Shortly after, you will receive a tracking code for shipment. 

No, you do not need an account to place an order with MetaGen.  But some discount codes may not function without logging in.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been packed or shipped, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.

Currently we accept over 300 different types of crypto, through a trusted third party Crypto gateway called NOW Payments.  If you wish to make payment via other means, please contact us directly prior to making your order.

At this time we only ship to Japan, Australia and Thailand.  As we expand our reach to new markets, we will keep this FAQ updated.

Products are securely packed to maintain product integrity during transport. We only ship using express methods.

No, we ship domestically in each market we operate in, so there is no customs clearance or import duties.

If your order appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us with your order number. We will work with the shipping provider to investigate. Reshipments or refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on tracking information and our shipping policy.

Due to the nature of research chemicals and peptides, we generally cannot accept returns once products have left our control, except in the case of an error on our part or a proven quality issue.

Please contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If we confirm that a product was damaged in transit or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange a replacement or credit in line with our returns policy.

No. Some of our products are not evaluated or approved by regulatory authorities such as the FDA, EMA, TGA, or any equivalent body. They are supplied strictly for research purposes.

Laws differ between countries and regions. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable laws regarding the purchase, import, storage, and use of research chemicals in your jurisdiction. By purchasing from us, you confirm that you have done so.
