What does your company sell?
We supply high-quality research peptides and related products intended strictly for laboratory research and in-vitro use. Our products are not intended for human consumption, medical use, diagnostic purposes, or veterinary use.
Are your products for human use or medical treatment?
No. Our products are sold for research purposes only under current applicable laws. They are not approved for use as drugs, food, cosmetics, or therapeutic treatment. We do not provide medical advice, and our products must not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
What is the typical purity of your peptides?
Purity varies by product; most research peptides are ≥95% pure unless otherwise specified on the individual product page. Please refer to the product listing or request a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for your specific batch.
Do you make any health or performance claims?
No. All information on our website is provided for educational and informational purposes only and relates to pre-clinical research data. We make no health, medical, or performance claims, and nothing on this website should be interpreted as advice on personal use.

Quality, testing & stability

How we manufacture, test, and store our peptides.

How is product quality verified?
Each batch is produced under strict quality controls and tested for identity and purity using methods such as HPLC and/or mass spectrometry. Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) are available on request for every product — please mention your batch number when requesting a CoA.
How should I store my peptides?
Lyophilized (powder) peptides — such as Snap Pens — should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Once reconstituted, they should typically be refrigerated and used within 45 days. Easy Pens are pre-mixed and must be refrigerated at all times. Short periods at room temperature during shipping or travel are acceptable. Always refer to the specific packaging and product page instructions.
Do you provide instructions on how to use or dose peptides?
No. We do not provide dosing, administration, or protocol advice of any kind. Our products are for research purposes only; the purchaser and/or institution is fully responsible for experimental design conducted to professional standards and in accordance with applicable regulations. Extensive published studies and dosage protocols may be found through peer-reviewed scientific literature.
How are your peptides formulated for stability?
Stability in peptide formulations doesn't happen by accident. It requires precise control over the active pharmaceutical ingredient (API), the carrier formula, the manufacturing environment, and the packaging — and we oversee every one of these variables in-house.
  • Proprietary in-house formulas. Each product is built around a validated formula developed and refined by our team of specialist engineers. These formulas have been studied, tested, and confirmed to deliver optimal stability across the product's intended shelf life.
  • Self-manufactured APIs. Our active pharmaceutical ingredients are manufactured entirely by our own laboratory. This gives us complete control over purity, potency, and raw material quality, eliminating the variability introduced by third-party API suppliers.
  • Pharmaceutical-grade ingredients. The excipients and supporting ingredients used in our formulations are sourced and produced to the highest available standard. Every component is selected to work in concert with the active compound, supporting both stability and bioavailability.
  • Cleanroom manufacturing & sterile packaging. All production takes place within a controlled cleanroom environment. Packaging is fully sterilised, and manufacturing is machine-operated rather than hand-assembled — minimising contamination risk and ensuring batch-to-batch consistency.
  • Batch-level quality testing. Every production batch undergoes stability and purity testing before dispatch. Our 3ml cartridge products are tested at the batch level, with results on file. Upon request, we can provide relevant test documentation and ingredient information for specific products.
What purity and shelf life can I expect?
Our stabilised liquid formulas are designed to maintain high purity under reasonable storage conditions. Independent stability studies on our products show:
  • Maintained purity of 94–97% at room temperature for up to 45 days.
  • Optimal longevity when stored correctly — cool, stable temperatures, away from heat and light.
  • Prolonged exposure to ambient room temperature beyond one month is not recommended, as purity degradation may occur.
For best results, follow the storage guidelines provided with your specific product. Formulations, ingredients, and testing protocols may vary by product.

Do you provide wholesale prices?

Who is allowed to purchase from your website?
Our products are intended for laboratories, research institutions, qualified professionals, medical clinics, hospitals, and experienced hobby researchers who can safely handle research chemicals. By placing an order, the purchaser confirms they are 18 years of age or older and will use our products in line with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
How do I place an order?
Browse our catalogue, select your products and quantities, and add them to your cart. Proceed to checkout, fill in your billing and shipping details, and confirm your payment. You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipment tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, please note that some discount codes may not function correctly without being logged into an account.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept over 300 types of cryptocurrency via our third-party gateway, NOW Payments. For other payment methods, we will send instructions after your order is placed.

Shipping & delivery

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Japan, Australia, and Thailand. We are working to expand our available markets — this FAQ will be updated as new regions are added.
How are the products shipped?
All orders are securely packed to maintain product integrity and shipped using express delivery methods only.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
No. We ship domestically within each market we operate in, so there is no customs clearance or import duty applicable to your order.
What happens if my order is delayed or lost?
Please contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the shipping provider. Reshipments or refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the tracking information and our shipping policy.

Returns & issues

When we accept returns and how to report a problem.

Can I return products?
Generally we cannot accept returns once products have left our control, except in the case of our error or a proven quality issue. Please contact our support team if you believe either of these applies to your order.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item(s) received. If confirmed that the product was damaged in transit or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange a replacement or issue a credit in accordance with our returns policy.

Can you give me personal advice on how to use peptides?
No. We cannot and do not provide personal, medical, or usage advice of any kind. We supply research-grade products; the experimental design and scientific use of those products is entirely determined by the customer.
