What we collect
- Account information you provide (email address, name, password hash, optional phone).
- Order details (products purchased, shipping + billing addresses, payment provider transaction IDs).
- Technical data via Cloudflare (IP address, country, device type) for security + abuse prevention.
- Cookie state (cart, session, market selection — see Cookie Policy).
Why we collect it
- Account information: to authenticate you and contact you about your orders.
- Order details: to fulfil your order, generate customs paperwork, and meet our tax + accounting obligations.
- Technical data: legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
- Cookies: essential cookies (cart, session, country) are necessary; analytics + marketing cookies are opt-in.
Sub-processors
We share data with these vendors only to the extent needed to provide the service:
- Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, security)
- Resend (transactional email)
- NowPayments (crypto payments)
- Stripe / PayPal (where applicable, per market)
- Google Analytics (anonymised usage; opt-in only)
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data through the account dashboard at `/account/data-export` and `/account/delete`. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Retention
- Active accounts: indefinite.
- Deleted accounts: PII purged within 30 days; order history anonymised but retained for 7 years (tax + customs traceability).
- Audit logs: 7 years.
