Eligibility

Order acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for:

If we cancel an order after payment, you receive a full refund within 7 business days.
Pricing + currency
Prices are listed in your local currency where supported. The exchange rate from USD-master is locked at the cart-to-checkout transition for 30 minutes.
Shipping + customs
International shipments may be subject to customs delays, duties, or seizures imposed by the destination country. Customers shipping to GLOBAL-market destinations explicitly acknowledge that we do not refund seized or held shipments.
Returns + refunds
Refunds are issued only for defective products or shipping errors caused by us. Quality concerns must be raised within 14 days of delivery.
Payment
Acceptable methods are listed at checkout per market. Cryptocurrency payments are settled at the network confirmation count specified by the provider.
Limitation of liability
