Shipping & Returns
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of cleared payment. We ship from our master fulfilment location and route to your local market where stock is available locally.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed when the courier scans your parcel. Tracking status is also available in your account at `/account/orders`.
International customs
International shipments may be subject to customs delays, duties, or seizures imposed by the destination country. Customers shipping to GLOBAL-market destinations explicitly acknowledge at checkout that we do not refund seized or held shipments.
Returns
Refunds are issued only for defective products or shipping errors caused by us. Returns of correctly-shipped product are not accepted due to chain-of-custody requirements.
Quality concerns must be raised within 14 days of delivery via info@metagen.click with order ID, batch number, and a clear description of the issue.
Damaged or missing items
If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund at our discretion.
Lost in transit
Shipments not delivered after 30 calendar days from dispatch are treated as lost. We will reship or refund at our discretion after the courier completes its investigation.
