BT Blend, also known as the Wolverine Stack combines two peptides, BPC-157 and TB-500, in a single dual-chamber Snap Pen. The freeze-dried blend is stored in one chamber and the bacteriostatic diluent in the other, kept separate until you're ready to use it. To activate, twist to snap the chambers together, invert gently to mix, then prime and dose. This keeps the peptides stable in storage and gives you a fresh, evenly mixed solution from the first dose.
BPC-157 is one of the most widely studied peptides in tissue-repair research. It's associated with supporting healthy blood flow, maintaining the gut lining, and moderating inflammation.
TB-500 is a fragment of thymosin β4. It's studied for its role in cell migration, the formation of new blood vessels, and structured tissue remodelling after injury.
The two are blended because they work on different parts of the same process. BPC-157 supports the local environment, stabilising blood flow and keeping inflammation in check, while TB-500 helps move repair cells into the area and build new tissue. They are studied together because each is associated with a different part of the repair process rather than a single mechanism.
The Snap Pen format does away with separate vials and mixing kits. Everything you need is in one device, and because the peptide and diluent stay apart until activation, each batch you mix is fresh and consistent.

- Studied in tendon/ligament, muscle and soft-tissue repair models.
- Investigated for roles in angiogenesis and endothelial integrity.
- Used to study down-regulation of pro-inflammatory cytokines.
- Aims for organized ECM deposition and balanced remodeling.
- Two synergistic peptides, one twist-to-mix pen.
